تطبيقات الجوال كوسيلة تسويق فعالة؟

تعتبر تطبيقات الجوال من أقوى الأساليب التسويقية .. فالتطبيق فى شكله العام هو برنامج يظل متواجداً على جهاز المستخدم 24 ساعة يومياً لذا بوجود تطبيق خاص بمنتجاتك وخدماتك يوفر لك فرصة ذهبية فى أن يظل المستخدم يراه كلما استخدم الجوال الخاص به .
41% من حالات الشراء على الإنترنت فى البلاد العربية تتم باستخدام الهواتف الذكية وتطبيقات الجوال. و يصل إجمالي المنفق على عمليات التسويق من خلال الهواتف الذكية وحدها فى الشرق الأوسط إلى 2.8 مليار دولار.
لذا تسعى الشركات إلى توفير تطبيقات للجوال لمستخدميها والتى تمثل منتجاتها وخدماتها. وهو ما سيحدث فارقاً كبيراً في مبيعات هذه الشركات و يزيد عائد الاستثمار بشكل كبير.

نظم التشغيل المختلفة على الجوال تتنوع بين الأندرويد و الـ IOS والـ Windows Phone وكل منهم له تطبيقاته و متجره الإلكتروني المستقل والذي يعد أكبر منصة لإطلاق تطبيقات هذا النوع من أنظمة التشغيل. فمثلا في IOS يوجد Apple Store و فى الأندرويد يوجد Google Play وهكذا. وينبغي قبل الدخول في عالم تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية أن تحدد أهم المنصات التي سوف تطلق عليها التطبيق الخاص بشركتك. ويترتب على هذا طريقة البرمجة الخاصة بالتطبيق ليتوافق مع نظم التشغيل المختلفة.
